The Golden Rule
Due to EU health protection and hygiene regulations, the standard 14-day return right is immediately voided once the security seal of a bottle, syrup, or powder capsule is broken. We do not restock items that have entered a second-party environment.
1. Unopened Rituals
If you change your mind before breaking the seal, you have 14 days to return the items in loro original, pristine condition. Return shipping is handled by the customer.
2. Damaged Capsules
If the delivery protocol fails and your items arrive damaged, take a high-resolution photo and contact us within 24 hours. We will initiate a GoodAF replacement immediately.
